You're off and running with creating a positive mindset that will support your body in healing! When we allow stress to build up, our bodies produce more of the hormone cortisol. With too much cortisol in our system, our levels of inflammation increase and we experience more pain. 

We all have stressors in our life that come and go and it is important that we find healthy ways to release this stress from our body so that it doesn't create a negative impact on our cells, tissues and body systems.

So let's jump back in with a quick tapping routine that you can use to release your stress that comes from the demands of our everyday lives.
