CONNECTION WITH YOUR INNER CORE
When we are connected to our breath and breathing with fluidity and ease, our core naturally functions effectively. No matter how many core exercises you do, if you are not breathing efficiently, your core will remain weak and inactive.
CHALLENGING YOUR INNER CORE
When you are connected with the flow of the breath and the sensation of both contraction and relaxation in the muscles of your inner core you are ready to progress and challenge your inner core function with movement.
Now it's time to put it all together and challenge our inner core.
As we move into more complex movements, keep your attention on the easy flow of your breath. It's easy to want to brace our abdominals or clench our neck and shoulders when we are doing more complex movements.
Allow your inner core to be responsive to the movement and try your best to let go of any unneeded tension.
