ONLINE CLASSES (DURING COVID CLOSURE)
Tues @ 6pm - Mobility and Myofascial Release for Simple Stress Relief
(This class will focus on myofascial release, trigger point release and mobility exercises to clear your mind and improve your mobility)
**YOU WILL NEED YOUR OWN MYOFASCIAL BALL FOR THIS CLASS**

Thurs @ 6pm - Mindful Movement Whole Body Conditioning
(This class will focus on strength and conditioning exercises on the mat, using body weight and minimal equipment with a mellow flow)
**
How to Register:
You can do one class or both each week.
The classes are FREE…whoever we graciously accept a gift/donation of $10/class or $45 for a 5 punch pass
You can e-transfer christy.nichol@gmail.com prior to the class starting.

**If you haven't used Zoom conferencing before, I suggest you try to arrive 10 min early, as you will need to download the app which takes about 2-3 minutes**
**You can use your computer, laptop, ipad or phone, however, you may find it easiest to use your laptop using the chrome browser if that's available to you**
